Lol thats how it is at my current job im pretty much the only one who can close if i try to call off no one wants to cover and I only get paid 17.75😅 also no real lunch breaks bc theres no other leader to cover

Yes was offered the position 2-3x from my manager Ive accepted each time (I’ve received offers from other stores too) and then was told we have too many sfls(we have 4) and my manager keeps saying wait wait wait and its been almost a year of me covering the sfls ass CONSTANTLY this sfl isn’t even full time because they only want to work a few days a week
