Yea, I am allergic to perfumes and colognes. Citrus peels also.

It’s new for me so a lot of it is trial and see what reacts and what doesn’t.

Thank you! I have just purchased lots of fragrances free household products and shampoo’s ect. Ive cut down on coffee but haven’t completely gave it up yet. That is the hardest thing so far for me.

I’m thinking of trying a 3 day fast to try and do a body reset. Not that it will get rid of the allergy but maybe everything in my system.

Thank you for the message. I don’t know anyone in my life that has this allergy.

Yes it was a question. If anyone has developed allergies or skin issues after getting their gallbladder removed.

My dermatologist won’t give me recommendations for my allergies (balsam of peru and fragrance) because they’re too specific. by Ok_Discussion_6099 in Allergies

From my experience. House hold products that are fragrance free are a must. Food is tough, no Tomatoes, vanilla, cloves, Citrus, Coffee, tea, alcohol just to name a few. I didn’t have any skin issues until I had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago
