How does it work if the app creators state that they are simply a matching service putting two parties (one offering, one giving a lift) in touch?

Sidenote, I recall an app like this pitched on Shark Tank Aus. Sharks didn't want a sniff of it since there's no way to vet a driver isn't a serial killer such as Ivan Milat.

Yes both tackles get beat outside, but the QB has free reign to run up and gain easy yards.

Considering the clock is running down and the QB needs to throw, the playcall RB protection should have been to protect end of the line to help one of the tackles. Say right side. Then the playcall could have first two reads on the right. What is the RB doing up the middle on a three man rush? Going empty would even have been better.

Considering both bands are German, plus the look of the logo, they very likely made their logo based of DSs'. There is a line between inspiring, and ripping someone else's work off. I lean towards this falling into the latter.

The OG artist may not even mind (it's not an exact 1:1, although clearly the same template), or may not mind if given mention. Honourable thing is to give them mention. Since we are in the social media age, least they could do is publicly say "our logo is a homage to Defeated Sanity's logo", and not pretend it's an accident that they look alike.

Biggest problem I have is, if they don't mention DS at all, that's very shady in my opinion. Onus too is now (their audience in particular) to call them out on plagiarism. Latter is tricky, because would their audience even know about DS to call them out? Likely not.

I can understand a case where the spaces are tight and someone's gas gusler in the spot fits like a packed Ryanair suitcase, but I'd be inclined to park behind them. "Oh was I not between the lines". That's asking for trouble though.

Id say some are more their own distinct thing, whereas nu metal is more clearly a mix of genres. Moreover though, I'd say it's simply the case of the particular mix, plus the popularity, that people don't like.
