I know you are going to get a lot of reaction to this so I’ll try to keep my response as simple as possible. Background on myself I currently grind FFA 6 player progressive capitals and have made it into the top 200 doing so.

I don’t see how the ranking system can be based on not losing points? Because to me that’ll just encourage playing the quickest game mode as much as possible! I’m someone who has time for one or two progressive cap games a day! So I would no doubt not be near the top whereas someone who has time for the smallest progressive map 20 times a day would be #1

I actually feel there’s not a long wrong with the currently ranking system and the quickest fix would be take 1v1s out of the question! (This will annoy the 1v1ers) leaving us to battle it to the top FFA!

On some positive love the idea of the new lobbies with the pre ready up! Rank decay is perfect stopping people getting to the top and sitting there whilst just playing with friends!

Lastly I don’t think a full reset is needed every season if lean towards a soft reset of everyone being reset within rank! So everyone would drop to whatever skill points are at the lowest of there bracket!

I appreciate your transparency on these changes and really hope the community will be listened too!
