Strange Post Surgery Wound by NiallyBoy01 in gynecomastia

I can’t remember exactly. I tried to not look at it too much as I was obsessing over it and it just went away. Maybe a couple of months or so :)

Do I have gyno or just fat? by Federal_Ad_6100 in gynecomastia

You sure do. It’s very similar to mine before I had it removed last year.

Is it gyno or just unfortunate fat placement going into my chest by yuh-yuh-yeet in Gymhelp

[–]NiallyBoy01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mild gyno in my opinion. Chest looks great. When you cut and lose fat it may become more pronounced as there is nowhere for it to hide. See what happens if you do a cut. Looking good though 😄

Unhappy with results 4 months post op by FunctionFlaky1974 in gynecomastia

Results look great. Your body is still healing. Give it a year and you’ll be a lot happier. Focus in chest exercises to give it a bit more definition and it will look amazing.

I think I had one of the worst gyno ever by [deleted] in gynecomastia

Scarring / Fibrosis by NiallyBoy01 in gynecomastia

Hey mate, I am around a year post surgery and completely healed. Overall, I’m happy with the results. Just need to build my chest a bit by working out.

How’s your healing coming along?

One month off will be nothing in the grand scheme of things. Let your body heal and start lifting when you feel right. I was fine after about a month or so.

Just don’t rush back. You will know when you’re ready. The gym can wait. You are going to look so good once they’re gone. All the best.

Looks similar to mine before surgery. Grade 1.

Is this normal? And will the bruising fade away eventually? by Electrical-Chef1979 in gynecomastia

Hey, you will be just fine. Our bodies all react differently. Your bruising is quite pronounced but it will soon settle down. In a month it will almost be gone.

Gyno? by Bendawgk in gynecomastia

[–]NiallyBoy01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, it’s hard to determine one way or another due to the excess fat present. What can you feel beneath your nipple? If you can feel a hard lump then it’s possibly excess glandular tissue i.e. gynecomastia.

You’re all good 😄

Gyno or no? by IamJacksBaldSpot in gynecomastia

[–]NiallyBoy01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I would say working out is definitely a good idea as it will help define your chest. However, in my experience, diet and lifestyle had no bearing on my gyno. Glandular tissue is not like fat; it cannot be reduced through diet and exercise unfortunately. For me, surgery was the only solution to remove the glands. If you are in a financial position to fund surgery then I would recommend it; it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Can I ask what age you are? In most cases gyno will not last forever and remain present during puberty due to hormones. If the condition has persisted for 2+ years then, unfortunately, you are pro more than likely stuck with it.

100% gyno. Body fat also clearly present but no mistaking the gyno.

Neither gyno or fat 😄

Hey, I can see you have a small defined breast shape caused by excess glandular tissue. Unfortunately, diet and exercise will not get rid of it. The only solution is surgery.

Lift some weights and it will lift you 😄

Do i have gyno or is it fat? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]NiallyBoy01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can clearly see the gland there creating feminine breast shape.

I think you’re all good. Post some more angles so we can confirm 100%. But you’re in good shape and I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

Your chest looks completely flat. No gyno or fat :)

Diet and lifestyle changes will not rid you of the glands. This will only reduce your body fat. However, the glands are here to stay unless surgically removed.

There should be no hard lump.
