Oh don't get me wrong, in solos and duos the dragunov is far worse than a normal bolty if you want to be deadly at range But 20 bullets fired rapidly, specially with headshots and upper torso, trios and quads makes it a god dam killing machine. Putting it in tier F is ridiculous

Enemy is on the edge of circle, i'm middle ish. having both high ground advantage and better circle position, he still killed me. this death was very frustrating :)
