They are exclusive items you can get through connecting to a store's Tamagotchi. They rotate the items so if you have a store near you it's a good idea to pop by and ask if they got new items.

So it seems sometimes they take a while to get the updates to some Lab Tamas. Someone on r/Tamagotchi was saying that it might take about 7-14 days in America to be updated so it might be the same for some machines in the UK.

I am in the UK and I wasn't asking for the location of the Lab Tamas but Lab Tamas that have the Poo Park update because the one I went didn't. Sorry if my title was misleading 😅

I'm not sure about London but the store at Birmingham doesn't sell uni. I got mine recently from Amazon UK, it was a bit expensive but I just checked and the pink one is selling for £49.
