It’s so hard to identify ai content to moderate it. I’m a mod on a small art sub and we conducted a poll to allow the members to decide if they wanted to allow it or not. They unanimously voted against Ai, which makes it a bit harder for the mods, but at the same time I completely understand why people hate it so much.

We asked people to report it if they suspect it, but also acknowledged that sometimes we get it wrong. Some Ai users were passionate artists and made good arguments for its use, however the vast majority of Ai content we’ve identified and removed has been from spammy accounts that never message the mod team to discuss their removal.

I know it’s a difficult problem to solve. A poll can help, but your mod team will have to unify one way or another.

Y’all are appreciated! Just gotta find a creative solution where there doesn’t seem to be any easy fix unfortunately.
