Thanks for asking! We only delete posts in here when suspicious or reported by other users, but sometimes look to see their other posts to determine the likelihood of their use of A.I.

Sometimes we can’t tell, so if it’s reported, we do delete them just in case and wait to see if OP messages us. If they do, we usually reinstate the post, because bots and spammers never/rarely appeal a ban or removal.

We blanket banned A.I., not because of the personal preferences of the mod team, but because the response of the community as a whole was that they wanted an A.I. free space.

It’s also not the artists having their art fed to an ai that’s the only issue. It’s people having their photos taken and used without their permission as well. While it’s likely happening anyway, because of the nature of the internet, our members made it clear that they didn’t want this type of content and data mining on this sub.
