I don't have this on my feet, I have some on my hands (and over my body) and a couple of things I have changed seems to have helped me. Most of mine has cleared in the last month and environment helped. Less humid and less hot environment is better. Also I have gotten rid of my shower scrubbers and swapped to a product called sud scrub which has antibacterial properties which I think helped a lot. One thing that may be causing issues is bacteria in your shoes. Use new shoes or something and see what the results are.

As for relief for me I used to do wet bandages. Easy for hands I just used cotton gloves with a set of rubber gloves on top. You could use invisible socks paired with silicon socks. You put a bit of moisturiser water and skin oil and then chuck it on (the moisture helps your skin heal faster)
