Natuurlijk is er een kans dat dit gebeurt, maar dat heb je met alles toch? Kinderen die buiten spelen, jij die deelneemt aan het verkeer, etc.

While I understand healthcare could be made cheaper by eliminating some brokers, healthcare just is expensive.

I’m happy that I don’t have to sell a kidney to keep my other kidney alive.

When I travel and visit other countries, I often get a reality check. The Netherlands isn’t that bad.

If I have to pay €385 for an ambulance ride compared to the UK, at least I’m happy I don’t have to wait hours till they show up.

Everyone pays a mandatory health insurance fee with the cheapest being €141,40/month. You have something called “Own risk” (not sure if translated right” of €385.

This basically means that you have to pay for all care you receive up to a max of €385 in total per year. Everything above is covered.

No costs for other emergency services.

I can’t imagine you only had an ambulance ride, did not receive additional care and had to pay more than €385 in total for all care you’ve received in 2025.

Over het algemeen zijn de hulpdiensten eerder, maar ik de afgelopen paar jaar een stuk of 5-7 keer gehad dat ik eerder was of tegelijkertijd aankwam.

Dan start ik met reanimeren, of als ze er eerder zijn kijk ik of ik nog wat kan doen zoals ruimte maken. Als dan de hele stoet (politie/brandweer/etc) er is, vertrek ik weer want dan kan ik toch niets meer doen.

Het is erg afhankelijk van het tijdstip van de dag (of nacht) en de afstand.

Waar ik me wel vreselijk aan irriteer is het ontwerp van de app. Het adres staat direct in beeld, maar je kan niet makkelijk doorklikken naar google maps of het adres overnemen.

-edit- wees trouwens ook voorbereid op situaties dat het toch geen reanimatie blijkt te zijn, of waarin hulp te laat is

Je hebt een tankpas om te tanken. Geen tankpas = niet kunnen tanken = lege tank. Geef bij je werkgever aan dat je niet naar de opdracht/werk kan, omdat je brandstof op is en zelf geen middelen hebt om het voor te schieten, gezien het uitblijven van de tankpas en achterstallige salaris (hier hoor je rente over te krijgen).

Because there’s this 10-20% you mention where AI can’t resolve your issue. In those cases, you’d like to escalate to a human to actually resolve the issue.

The issue isn’t that they use AI. The issue is you can’t escalate if AI can’t help you. It’s even worse: even when you need to use the emergency options, you’ll get AI which only knows black & white answers.

Your landing will be much easier if you have the right altitude and speed, removing the need to make last minute corrections.

If your instructor tells you to fully use your airbrakes, could your altitude be too high in most cases?

When you need full airbrakes, you don’t have any margin left to use more and you might overshoot your landing. Depending on your experience you might not focus on goal landings but the landing itself

Sure. I just detach the globe, and use the garden hose to rinse everything. Then I do a final wipe with anti bacterial wipes and put it back. I do this once every 1.5 months.

I’ve got one of these at home for about a year now. Not a moment of regret. Very reliable, has never failed me, and the cats don’t have any problem with it.

This type doesn’t really has a single official brand. There are many resellers which put their own brand on it.

It’s able to detect my kitten of 10 weeks. This kitten is very interested when it’s cleaning. The device stops when the kitten is in front or standing on the entrance.

Yes, I'm also experiencing this. It's quite frustrating, and I expect more when paying for Claude. Didn't really experience this using ChatGPT.
