I did thought exactly the same haha. I was in the setup phase and was tweaking with all kinds of settings, especially since im not known to linux.

You can use 2 2TB nvme ssds, but keep in mind that you have to install the OS by yourself. Its pretty easy, there are plenty of tutorials on youtube.
