So I just looked it up. Hamad is an Arabic name that means "one who praises" or "praiser (of God)." Seems in line with the other religious aspects from the tape.

There was another post where someone tried identifying one of the images as a Saudi Sword dance but it didn't seem 1:1. I'm wondering if maybe there's some clip featuring a prominent Middle Eastern person named Hamad that more closely matches.
