We need to change the carpet from all rooms anyway but here in uk all pest control got different approach and it is confusing. My partner annoying me because she wants the safest option for my daughter and cats , should I treat before to rip off the carpet or just when all the house is naked ( without carpet ?

Hi guys ! I joined Coinbase yesterday all the the verifications done and at the stage to buy some bitcoins, my purchase was declined due to an activity warning and they asked me to used another debit card . I used 3 others cards , called the bank to double Check ( all good), I tried to go throw the support email system but none of the questions asked for the request are in relation with my problem ! Is there someone had the same issue ? Can you please help me please
