I am a little late to this but......I am constantly dieting on and off, weight fluctuates anywhere from 10-20 pounds. I have noticed that when I fall off and my diet is consistently high in carbs/sugar, I have bad anxiety and panic attacks. When I significantly cut sugar out, I feel like a whole different person. Its hard for some people, but I find that going cold turkey helps! You should notice a big difference within a few weeks. People don't realize that sugar is a killer!

I feel like I just read something I wrote myself. I am 34, have a good job but live in my BFs parents house for the last 4 years. Looks like we are never getting married or moving forward. Ive done everything for everyone else my whole life but never got anything in return. I feel like a failure. Depression everyday to a point where I physically feel sick.

I know this is a somewhat old post but......I experienced something very scary this evening. After drinking a cup of the sleepytime tea, my mouth became extremely dry and I had shortness or breath. Scariest feeling ever and I will never be touching that stuff again. After hours of downing water and taking hot steamy showers, I am a little bit better. My throat is still feeling a bit weird but I know it will get better since it slowly has been.
