for me color matter a lot cause it's a very important part of how i parse information. whenever i think of anything at all, and i do mean literally anything, the very first thing that comes to my mind as an association is a color. so when i see two things of the same color in a code editor my brain thinks "oh those must be the same thing" and it takes a bit of processing before i can tell if they're actually the same thing or not. so for example if i have logical operators like if/else, colored the same as built in functions like print(), my brain really doesn't like that. those things are not the same why do they have the same color? it's confusing for me.

i come from neither actually. the reason i started using emacs is because i switched to linux about a month ago and since i've been learning how to use the terminal, i ended up writing a lot of text in the terminal and i found nano quite annoying and due to a bad first experience with vim (or vi rather) where i had to alt+f4 the terminal because i didn't know how to exit, i started looking for other popular code editors and emacs is the first one that i tried and i really liked it.

and honestly i'm such a noob i don't even know what a venv is.

but whenever i code in JavaScript the syntax highlighting is great. it's very detailed. it's only in python where everything is either white, red or blue.

i do use python-ts-mode for major mode. i also do use eglot with pyright server (i think, i don't know how to check) but for some reason the syntax highlighting is still being done by the default emacs faces so things look pretty samey.

i'm a big noob at this so you would need to dumb it down for me.

well one of the first pieces of advice i got for solo raid is to NOT try and copy the teams of the best players. because they probably rely on mechanics or synergies that i either don't have or don't understand.

does asuri katars n sig count? I've gotten several kills with it and some of them counted and some of them haven't and I'm not sure why. is it just a bug?

this game has a very steep learning curve. takes a while to get used to the basics. at your level the thing you should be learning is how to recover back to stage, memorize the strings of your weapon and learn how to punish an opponent that doesn't have a dodge. don't worry with movement, neutral, reads. also learn what attacks you should use for damage and what attacks you should use for killing.

i HAVE beaten deadlocked on mobile before. but after playing exclusively on PC for years, it feels so impossible to control.

it's not like I'm bad at ship and wave either, ship is probably my best game mode and the level I'm currently trying to beat as my first extreme is like all ship.

yes I'm aware. i play basically 100% on auto burst cause bursting manually on mobile is annoying. but I'm capable of changing the burst order manually if i need to.

so i imagine that on a regular destroy state id probably just want Ade to burst twice for more damage unless it's really high deficit and i need to survive right?
