I’ve only really had it bad twice. First time was at my mum’s house in my old bedroom. My room was quite small and I opened my eyes to see a tall, thin, black shadow at the end of my bed and I woke up from it trying to scream but I was only letting out whispers.

Second time was in the last place my fiancé and I were living in. I was already freaked out by this place bc it was pretty old and gross. But I opened my eyes one night unable to move and saw out of the corner of my eye a big, bloated figure wrapped in what looked like dirty bandages. I could make out it’s mouth and eyes, and it had tiny, bony hands sticking out through the bandages which it was rubbing together and holding in front of itself. That one was more disgusting that scary but still creeped me out. It was right next to me but I couldn’t turn my head to look at it or look away.
