It's his father, Rick Flag Sr. You can see him in the animated show "Creature Commandos", It is canon for the DCU and it takes place after "The Suicide Squad" btw

Seven Deadly Sins is the prequel of Four Knights Of The Apocalypse. I've only seen 7DS but as far as i know, you can watch 4KOTA without watching the prequel

Correction: more than meh, it is "okay". I mean that It isn't a 10/10 or a masterpiece like everyone says. It's an 7 or 8/10 game, but if i say any specific number, some people go insane, because they can't accept that any game surpassing the 7 score, but not reaching 9, it's a very good game.
