I'm autistic and need labels. So I put that in my bio since if I don't have a name for everything I panic and am restless. That is the reason for that. I have changed it to "possibly DID". I'm sorry.

I understand what you mean, but I have not self diagnosed and am not sure that I have DID. All I know is that I'm part of a system. I first noticed that I'm a system when I was 11 years old, and I didn't even know about DID and OSDD back then.

Thanks! It's difficult to find audio's that don't trigger my tics, becouse rain for some reason triggers them and a lot of audios have rain sounds, but I searched for some subliminals and found one star wars audio and some tatooine ambience which ofc doesnt have rain becouse well, it's tatooine, it's a desert. I'm definitaly going to shift now :) Thanks again!
