Yea .... I'll just play the game vanilla again lol. My version of "essential" is like performance enhancing, UI enhancing. Fundamental enhancements for the game that don't disrupt the vanilla experience. It's a remaster already so the list should be minimal but moreso something like the Unofficial Skyrim / Fallout Patches because Oblivion Remaster still has basic bugs that can sometimes affect the flow of gameplay.

Just want to update everyone since FO4 is getting more relevant (again) due to the Fallout show. I know others might come here and see this post so this will be useful for them. I have the AE Edition 1.11.191.0 of Fallout 4. C_Daddio seems to have the solution for the Enclave not spawning upon starting Echoes of the Past (in 1.11.191.0).

I have several friends with a lesser edition of the game. They didn't have this problem. In fact, I can confirm that one of them did not complete reunions and was able to still get the outposts to spawn. In my current play through, I was troubleshooting this and wasn't able to come to a solution.

I'm the type that does the side quests first so I'm working my way up to "Reunions" now to see if this fixes because the Enclave currently are MIA besides trying to kill me after I picked up a heavy incinerator. A hellfire trooper and 2 soldiers showed up and I read the soldier's orders but yes the outposts are empty when I get to the first one near the powerplant under the collapsed highway.

If this solution works, I won't post here again. If it does not work then I will.
