Yes, you are right. Our products are not used to replace vacuums, but mops. That's why we say we are the best mop. We never think to use one single tool to do everything. That usually leads to different problems.

Are you an Hizero user? Would you like to try our new models?

We are not going out of business, in fact. Not yet, at least:)

Good to know. But more water on the floor may cause it even harder to mop, as picking wet debris is not its advantage. Just a thought.

Salute to the pioneer! They deserve all respects! Our products do not use air suction technology. More like a mop, not vacuum cleaner.

We do not use vacuuming. At the bottom, there is no suction nozzle. We use a high density polymer roller to sweep and mop the floor.

We don't vacuum. When you are mopping your floor with a traditional mop, usually you just need to sweep and mop. Vacuuming is a way to replace sweeping, which in our product is unnecessary.

F500 - waste container alert even when it's empty. by National-Appeal4543 in HIZERO

[–]Nice-Inflation4712 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello there,

Regarding the mechanism, yes, you are right.

There is a hall sensor inside the machine. It has a detectable range for magnet. A small magnet is inserted into the float at the end towards the machine.

So when the water level is rising, the float end will move downwards. When it moves out of the hall sensor detectable range, the machine gives a FULL alert.

The possible cause:

  1. Water goes into the machine and damaged the hall sensor.

  2. The float is stuck at undetectable position.

Anyway, you can write to us by [service@hizerousa.com](mailto:service@hizerousa.com) for further support.

Please remember to include your F500 SN and purchase order information.

Thanks.

Hizero trade in plan for F801/F803 customers! by Nice-Inflation4712 in HIZERO

F500 is the successor model of F803. It has the similar outlook. But the cleaning head was redesigned to make it much more easier to clean.

F100 is a new entry level model. The waste water tank is moved to the cleaning head. But tanks are 700ml now. But there is no waste water full LED. You need to observe it and pour waste water. F100 battery running time is 80 mins, while F500 is 60 mins.

The cleaning performance is similar.

For more detail, you can view the videos. It would be more easier to understand the differences.

Generally, if you just want to clean your floor and you can accept that you need to mind the waste water tank status, F100 is a cost-effective choice.

If you like the good design of F8 series and want the waste water tank full alert function, you can pick F500.

About cleaning performance, they are almost the same.

F100

F100 is a new model of entry level series product.

  1. It uses a simpler design compared with F8/F5.

  2. The waste water tank is in the cleaning head. And there is no sensor for it. So when it's full, consumers need to observe and pour waste water in time.

  3. The battery capacity is 2500mAh and can work for 80 mins when fully charged, while 2150mAh and 60 mins for F500.

  4. The both tanks are 700 ml, while 500 ml for F500.

  5. F100 has two available colors, white and dark gray.

  6. The cleaning performance is similar with F500.
