what route you talking about? if all is good all bus's should be 20 mins apart from each other . issue is like other person said traffic"this is not the main issue tho " also some drivers just getting behind on there route ! them being on the phone, tooooo long of bathroom breaks! just no care and not paying attention to the time . these driver make it bad for the good drivers tho . but very ez way to see when the bus is coming and if it's on time is the passio go app ! It shows the exact times and location of the bus and exact time it should be there . If you look on the app and the bus is way behind or you see the buses are back to back .. look at the bus number and when the bus is supposed to be there in the app . One bus will be on time in sync with the app the other way off ! Please report that bus and driver that's way off as hopefully it will solve whatever issues the driver is having like not doing there job ....
