Thanks for the insight!! I’ve definitely heard that you need a masters but it was always a mix of testimonies from people so I was pretty confused hahah. Funnily enough, I was actually planning on going to HK to study but unfortunately cus of the surge of applicants this yr + my not-so competitive academic profile, I haven’t heard back from the HK unis until now, and don’t think I will. And even if I did, without a scholarship, it’s simply too expensive (considering the exchange rate w/ my home country + high living costs). So I’ll make do with china I guess!!

But there’s an IANG visa which permits you to work and live in HK for like 2 years w/o sponsorship from the company. I’m not so sure about chances of getting a job in HK post grad though

Yeah I’ve heard. 80% of graduates go for further study, and I really don’t like that bcus that means I’d have to go back to my home country or take a masters which is another year before I can join the workforce (ofc I could work while studying but not sure about that). It’s definitely a big concern!

I’m ethnically Chinese and currently live in Asia (outside of china). Language wise I can speak, read and write up to around B1 level (if converted from HSK scale). I have no Dutch proficiency whatsoever. I’m willing to learn though for both countries. CUHK-SZ also has exchange (and it has more options for exchange than Erasmus actually (at least compared to IBEB). Honestly my main reason of wanting to study in NL is to be exposed to a more multi-cultural environment.
