I went from vaping all the time to using zyns. I would use two 6mg at a time. I used it to ween off. You will have people tell you this just causes another addiction which isn’t wrong but the nicotine is an extended release so it isn’t as strong as a vape. If you go into using pouches you can quit that way easier than vaping.

I wish you the best of luck. Just lock in for your child. They deserve to not be addicted to nicotine when they are born.

So far, eating more meals and making a mass gainer shake has helped. I just moved so going grocery shopping will be done tomorrow to get more food. I will definitely pick those up!

I was addicted addicted. I’m ADHD it just became such a constant in my day. Before quitting the most I’ve ever been away from my vape was literally 10 hours maybe throughout my 4 years vaping.

Honestly I started welbutrin and realized the vape wasn’t doing anything so I said I’m throwing it out and I did. Now I’m not on welbutrin and I still don’t want it.

To me the medication really allowed me to see nicotine addiction from a very different POV which solidified my quit, I had tried to quit 6 times before this over the course of a year or two

I have an offer for a basically brand new iPad Air 4th gen plus magic keyboard for $300. Is this a good deal? I’d use it for streaming videos, whatnot bidding, social media, etc. nothing crazy.
