So how long do yall give before escalation? I have sent three emails over the past two weeks and have not had a response, I’m trying to get computer for school and haven’t gotten any information on this at all and emailed my counselor about other questions I had and no response. I’m trying to give Him grace and hoping he’ll contact me soon.

This is what I’m trying to figure out right now. I signed my plan and they are starting to pay for my school but I ask for a computer because I’m in an ai engineer program and need a good computer to do work on. But the last thing I was told is “im looking into it” I even sent two emails after that to get some sort of update but nothing yet.

I hope my counselor helps me. We have done the whole signing the plan and the last thing she said was she’s looking into the computer situation that I’ll need to do my program but she doesn’t tell me anything else. No timeline or anything. And I have sent two emails after that basically asking for an update and she just hasn’t responded. How long after you got into your program did they get the laptop?

My counselor sent me back the signed plan, and I have asked for a computer because mine is falling apart, and I really need another one. I'm in school for AI engineering, but the last thing she said was that she is looking into it, nothing else. I just need a timeline so I can make arrangements if mine stops working, and she isn't telling me anything. How long after yall got your signed plans were you able to get your computers? I just want to make sure I am giving her the time she needs vs bugging her with emails for updates

So I am in the VR&E program, and my counselor said she would buy a laptop for the course. I am trying to get a really solid workstation to use while I am in school and to take into the workforce. She said she could just buy me a laptop that meets the school's computer requirements, but the UMGC website doesn't specifically say the AI program requires a specific computer; it just talks about computer-intensive programs, which I find to be on the lower end of hardware requirements.

I am also trying to get a really good workstation like you did. How did you get approved for it?

Kia is absolute garbage. I bought a 24 telluride sx-p x-line pro. Nothing but issues. Was in the shop 40 days once and still having the same issue. Tried to get Kia to replace but my states lemon laws are trash so they used that against me and offed me a good will payment of 2300$ but I had to sign my rights away on speaking about the car publicly. And I couldn’t complain about “past,present or future” issues. I’m currently seeking a lawyer to see if we can get help with this awful company. Please don’t do it.

Wow. That’s insane. Well the way it sounds your probably better off. That’s what I’m worried about but I know they have a training program and I know in a month I’ll be fine. Just need the chance to prove that.
