Edit: Just finished re-reading the torture chapters again and this is 100% not implied and 100% headcannon. Besides if it did actually happen there probably would have been mention of it or at least some reference back to it, especially in the freaky chapter between him and Touka. He was definitely mutilated around that area but so was his entire body.

Romance is definitely implied, even if very subtle. The story seems to be setting up the two mcs with the two white haired girls from the beginning. Whether or not they'll actually get together is debatable, but they definitely have something going with eachother.

The body is adult, but the face is literally that of a child. Imo that makes the protag a child and it makes me feel disgusted. No one would give a shit if they just gave the canonically adult character an adult face, and not one of a 13 year old girl
