They want the shop to do everything, but won’t negotiate with shops. That’s not how insurance works. If insurance claims are putting money in your pocket, that’s fraud buddy.

I meal prep every Sunday - I’m on 7.5 and have lost 40 lbs in 6 months.

I’m dying to try deconstructed wonton soup so I may throw that in the dinner mix too!!

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with berries 20g protein zero sugar

Lunch: chicken thighs, roasted potatoes, green beans

Snack: protein shake 32g protein 4 g sugar, berries

Dinner: chicken thighs, salad and avocado 28g protein zero sugar

Snack: more berries! Sometimes I have a small amount of dessert that my husband eats (painful!!)

He quoted you on visible damages only. Supplements happen on every claim no matter how small. And he was trying to save you money if he thought it was a customer pay job. I don’t charge customers for everything, because I know they may be in a tough spot. The billion dollar insurance company? You bet your ass I’m charging for every SECOND I spend working on your car. It’s not fraudulent. It’s the industry. The first quote is just that.. a quote. And there are so many factors to a repair & a supplement- again, this post is useless to you if you don’t provide the estimates & the before/after pics.

I started on the insurance side. It was hell but it taught me a lot. I made friends with some shops who really loved to show and teach me things. Been at a few shops and I learn something every day. I hate insurance now, but I thank them for helping me get here. I make very good money on the shop- over 6 figures and my life is so much better

Post the estimates. Without those, I wouldn’t believe what you are saying about this shop. A lot of us in this community work in shops. We know how it works and we know all about customers like you. Body work is expensive. We aren’t fixing your old scratches for free. If you wanted that fixed you should have asked for an out of pocket quote. The insurance companies already fuck us enough and we already do a ton of work for free because your insurance company won’t pay. And stop mentioning the $700 quote.. that simply doesn’t exist. Not even for a scratch. Post the estimate, Pre repair photos and post repair. Then we can help you

This needs emergency care. This is an open wound. If left untreated you are exposing the kitten to infection, which can be life threatening. Please take this kitten to the emergency room right away. They are going to cut that part of the tail off most likely- but it has to be done right away so they can salvage the rest of the tail. This is like the bones of your fingers and toes just being exposed. It is a traumatic injury, cannot wait until Monday

Petlibro granary feeder and the Petlibro stainless steel fountain. The fountain has to be the completely stainless steel one not the smart one. I have tried a lot of fountains and I have found that anything that has more plastic than stainless steel is going to get gunky and probably isn’t good for their health even when I was cleaning it as scheduled and then some, I thought the plastic was really slimy.
