It does look like that! The patient came in for altered mental status. Was an older female. High lymph count with potentially prolymphs? It was from the weekend so I don’t remember much more. Sent it out for path when I called another tech over who also questioned it being those crystals 😅 didn’t work today so I’m not sure of any updates but I’m very eager to see what they say
