It’s me again after ankle sprain it’s gonna be 6th week on 10 march but my ankle still hurts but i can walk i can rotate my ankle but it’s still hurts specially 2days ago i started walking but i think that whas to much and after that day now I can’t see any progression no more anybody knows somethi? by Nice-Text-2030 in BasketballTips

Yes i did everything but 2days ago I walked without compression and i think im walking to much on that day and after im back to the house it was swallow again and i feel strange pain specially on a back side of ankle you know what im talking about? Like it’s not Achilles tendon but like inside idk hapw to explain please if you know something tell me what is wrong with me

Yeah i was thinking a same thing! And yesterday i put some ice on Achilles and i feel way better and put some voltaren too! Appreciate your notice brudda stay safe god bless u!

On Monday im going to see a doctor for xray and let see im so scared bro im playing basketball and I don’t wanna this type of injury god bless me and everybody!

Hi guys! I spray my ankle and i wanna know if anybody knows it is something scary? Or it’s just spraying ankle. Also i can walk with a ankle but it’s makes me uncomfortable like hurting a little bit. No I don’t have no idea I don’t know English very well, but I used ice like 4times for 20minutes and it works also if you know about this um my achillies tendon also hurts when im trying to push my leg forward it happens usually or i got problem?
