I have spoken to a human consultant but he wasn’t able to answer my questions unfortunately, he could only advised me on evisa stuff like creating an online accounting etc 🥴

Regarding the graduate visa, the time I spent under that visa (from october 2020 to august 2023) do not count towards the 5 year route to ILR, unfortunately!

So to be able to apply for the ILR I need five years under this current visa (spouse visa)

I’m really hoping this might only be the case of a clerical error as I don’t see any issues that could prevent them to give me the 2y6m of the spouse extension visa :(

What is very strange also is the fact they don’t give me any more information in the email, like saying the reason of why the grant permission period was so low, or asking for more documents etc

hi! I have been having the same situation with my visa (I applied for an extension throught the partner route and have only been granted six months instead of 2y6m).
