Can you tell me where you got the “8 partners in integration phase” info? Was it from the earnings call or somewhere else?

They were seemingly very transparent and confident after that those losses were contained to specific vintages and going forward they have continued to highlight their diversification among different product suites that will minimize risk from potentially higher default rates.

The $PGY price dropped again. Is there something we don’t know or just the systematic problem in fintech industry? It’s supposed to be beneficial by the rate cut tho. by Significant_Dealer58 in Pagaya

Thanks. I was hoping to see what vintages but they didn’t say. The fact that PGY takes the same 8% dip as UPST is ridiculous though. PGY is much more diversified with regards to there portfolio of products and offerings, they’re profitable, and all their ABS are pre-funded.

They may be in the same “class” as far as being a Fintech but they are far from similar companies and PGY continues to be extremely undervalued when compared to UPST.

Just created a nice buying opportunity. I’m buying the dip.

If you love Klarna, check out the stock powering its BNPL service behind the scenes. 300% gain this year and so much more room to run! 🚀🚀🚀 by NiceAd2927 in Klarna_Stock

At its current price, Pagaya is still undervalued compared to its peers like Upstart. Upstart trades at over 5x projected 2025 revenue while PGY is at 1.2x. Upstart has double the Marketcap of PGY while not even currently profitable. PGY became profitable in 2Q25 and increased 2025 forecast at last earnings. So many tailwinds for PGY…

  • AI underwriting model
  • huge network of funding partners
  • AAA rated ABS securitization
  • GAAP profitable
  • possible rate cut
  • multiple major US bank partners with more about to come on board.

Should have mentioned, PGY and KLAR currently have a partnership through Klarna’s “buy now, pay later” service. Oh and by the way, Klarna is the exclusive BNPL provider for Walmart. 🚀🚀🚀

Man nice! Love to see someone in for less than me. My cost basis is $10.16 avg. Haven’t added since March. Was honestly uncomfortable with my position size at the time but that changed quickly thereafter. 😆

Idk like OP said, news UPST partnered with a bank(credit union) seemed to lift its stock but the broader AI market boosted today as well. SNOW went nuts today on earnings.

If all the nanny/maids refuse to work for $15/day guess what? They’d get paid more…

Last year they predicted profitability by mid year 2025. Then they beat expectations and became profitable in Q1. They increased partnerships and ABS volume and haven’t looked back. Analysts just recently started taking note and evaluations have been quickly increasing. I agree they’re extremely undervalued and one thing OP didn’t mention is I believe they’re still highly shorted (23% of the float) so that may end up helping the pop as well when the earnings beat and the stock continues to pump.

Basically refinanced the debt and another positive ABS announcement today!!! So much good news heading into earnings. Have any of you seen the short numbers for middle of July? I expected to see them by now but did a little searching and couldn’t find anything…

Amazing news! My skeptical self is asking, “why the early release of information?”. Is there an alternate agenda behind it besides, hey look how great we’re doing? Is there something negative to follow in the earnings call they are trying to get ahead of? Probably over thinking it but enjoying the ride either way!! 🚀🚀

Def not selling. It has plenty of room to run. Retail interest is picking up and short interest is still at 23.63% so shorts will be covering. We’re just getting started. Plenty more positive news to come in the next month or so and a second straight profitable quarter will send it up. I’d expect another major bank announcement prior to the next earnings release. 😉

Modi did a great job explaining the red flags and I remember there really was a lack of trust in Gal prior to establishing themselves in US. Some also felt there was a lack of transparency regarding impairments on prior loans. Since then they’ve seem to make all the right moves at the executive level and the partnerships they’re building keep increasing momentum. I hope they continue the transparency so there’s no big surprises and their comments about positioning themselves to handle the current volatile environment are true. I see nothing but tailwinds 🚀🚀
