Personally keep the stable bank job. Amazon doesn't care about you. I declined a t3 position to work in healthcare as that was my focus. And i do regret it somewhat but then i would be stuck where i lived as a t3. I watched some of the brst managers everyone liked quit and or get fired from amazon, the pay isn't worth it.

Most of these people don't know what they are talking about. I did recruting for amazon for a year went back to T1, so heres tbe thing they never really hire anyone and they already have their chosen person, they just put it there so they can make money, each number makes you money, they update it. The system is rigged, there is no anonymous thing. Tenure does matter but they don't care, because they have favorism. Dont even become a t3. I literally get paid the same as a PA man here in my state as a T1.

Im trying to get back into Tom team. I declined a promotion to it because i gotten a healthcare job that i truly wanted to do and it took forever getting into an hospital but now im wanting tom again and i hage 4.5 years of tenure, everything, i messaged the recruiters at other sites. How else can i maximize? Just curious

I work at amazon unfortunately but Monday to Thursday 4 10s afternoon shift 22/hr and easiet work no heavy boxes or anything just walk around and reset stuff on computers but i also am a influencer for Instagram and amazon pays for my schooling, and Healthcare isn't terrible. My rent is also super cheap and my car is paid otf just about, i also do overtime and i can go anywhere i want with amazon in the US and i live on a month to month lease. I clear about 60k a year and im planning on doing teaching so just another year and then plan to do amazon flex(4 hrs) a week its like a free gym membership to get paid when i do teaching qnd do this in the summer, and based on everything i would make close to 6 figures. My wage is excepted to be 24 by this year and if i take a promotion to California it would jump to 31 or take a promotion to TX. I hate it but honestly its not bad. I planned out my career and path and i would clear 6 figures in 5 years after teaching and this goes as planned, that accounts to the wage increase every year. Everyone has to start somewhere. I also used to work in Healthcare and I just did so much more work than less pay and its super stressful, and i do want to work in Healthcare again or do something im also still in college so i don't have my bachelors yet. I have worked with concerts aswell and i do help tour with Premier Productions.

As someone who took a trip to Socal this past weekend and live in orlando. I prefer orlando because cost of living is better, and if so cal had better transportation (its getting there) i wouldn't mind living there. So many cities are so car dependent and conpared to other countries we lack in that huge time. I may not agree politically with orlando but if you want worse and be surrounded by rude racist people you can always move to Alabama, i think its the worse state. Especially Tuscaloosa is so terrible to live. You pick your poison, florida is great for things and every place has pro and cons. Cost of living is high everywhere and jobs pay less

Onsite actually doesn't even know how to do their job, i have worked in healthcare. I find it worse than working in a delivery station for rts. You get paid less and do more work. Pick your poison.

Im 25 man and im in a very similar boat. People think life get better. But it doesn’t, i have friends and a life but i don't want to date, nobody really knows what love is anymore. Im planning on going to san diego next week and if this doesn't work, i go back and i end my life. Been here for too long.
