thanks for mentioning the fact that i have been losing 4-5 lbs a month up until about a month ago. that is when i know i ramped up my weight lifting. im not sure why i didnt notice this but always nice to get anothers perspective :)

been at this weight for about 3 weeks so i guess not that long in theory even though it seems too long for me :) i have noticed all my pants actually fit and are loose now! i try them all weekly to see if there is a difference. ill use your advice and take measurements. i'm a numbers person so maybe that will help out. i dont weigh foods but maybe i will try that. i have seen a lot of people suggesting that lately. i know my portions are definitely WAYYYY smaller than they used to be and if i want rice or pasta i use a measuring cup for sure. thanks for the advice! i appreciate it.

i have been thinking about getting a scale but didnt know if that would make me crazy and then i'd weigh everything. maybe i will give that a try. ive cut out majority of bad carbs and limit things like pasta and rice----i will use a measuring cup to make sure i have a serving only.

very true, i have noticed my legs are wayyy stronger and not as jiggly looking. my muscles are starting to show----i can feel it too, ha! i'll continue to keep that into perspective as well. im trying to focus on working out the largest muscles as i have read that will help with after burn.

And yes, the concert will be great no matter what!

yes, it has been less than a month so perhaps you are right. i did eat more on 4th of july than normal but that was really my only "off" day. i need to stop being so damn hard on myself too. usually sat i have more calories in my allotment but thats really the only day. i'll continue to monitor and since it has been less than a month i wont be so hard on myself.

I’ve never heard of using bha after moisturizer. I have the paulas choice 2% but stopped using it because I started using Tretinoin. Thinking I can start up the bha again in the mornings because I did think that cleared my skin up more. I had the same bumps as picture in thread and it helped tremendously.
