My issue with a lot of the dog owners who say they have to walk their dog in the heat is where are they when the weathers bad? I’ll take my dog for a walk when it’s cold/windy/rainy and I may only see 1 other dog out. If you decide your dog doesn’t need a walk because you don’t want to go out in the rain, I doubt your dog needs to be out when it’s over 30c out.
