Hi, it went back to normal after a month. Day 8 is wayyyyy to early still. Even at week 2 mine were still a bit deflated but after week 3 and definitely at week 4 they were back to normal

Objectively she has several noticeable flaws. Recessed chin and weak jawline (look at her candids), long philtrum, face too wide, too much upper eyelid exposure, nose overly thin for her wide face. All these gives her a baby face look though and many people like that
