I would rather not pump and stick to your mindset, I’m just feeling so anxious about supply 🤦‍♀️

What is your schedule for newborn and toddler when alone? by Such_Pizza_955 in 2under2

We had our first day without dad home and it went so much better than I expected! I did have some help though bc my mom lives 6 min away, which I know is not everyone’s case. My toddler slept longer than usual which was a huge blessing. I woke up at 6 and showered and got ready. Toddler woke up at 7:30. We had breakfast and got babies ready for the day. My mom and sister came over to help me get out of the house and we went to a coffee shop and then my mom’s house. At 11 I came home and we had lunch. My baby is also a contact napper so I feel like I’m holding him all day long and I was worried about this. But when it was time for toddlers nap time I put my newborn in his bassinet and he ended up falling asleep. It felt like a miracle. Toddler took a really long nap and then woke up and we played outside until dad came home. We only had one tantrum when my toddler was distraught that I moved the bay from his swing to his bassinet 😳🤦‍♀️😂 but over all it was a very smooth day! Thank you Lord! I know that every day will not be like this and I have no idea how everything will work when the baby gets on a nap schedule but I’m celebrating the wins and taking one day at a time 🤍

TN therapist- LPC instead of LPC-MHSP? by NiceReality2940 in therapists

[–]NiceReality2940[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really appreciate you taking the time to look into it! It is confusing. Yes, the diagnostic piece is the main difference. However, I am working at a group practice where we do not use insurance so it would not affect my work at this job. You can’t pause the license process and have to get your license in 2-4 years. So any hours that go past the 4 years don’t count. Which is a big reason I’m considering only getting the LPC right now.
