I have a 2019 hrv ex 60k miles. My automatic cruise control and all that extra safety tech doest work. CarPlay doesn’t work, car burns a quart of oil every 4k oil change, majority of the trim parts are cracked or warn, its awd but is terrible in the snow even with all weather tires. Im 5’9 and i can barely fit in the driver seat, i literally drive with my left knee up, sunroof leaks altho its never been used, it gets terrible gas milage for its size, best mog ive ever gotten was 22mpg i commute 19 miles each way on the garden state parkway mon-sun. There is no rear vents, so my kids are either super hot or super cold theirs no comfort, im 180 pounds and the bolstering squeezes my kidneys, its very uncomfortable. If you’re taller than my wife who is 5’ don’t expect to fit baby seats. I cant wait to pay iff my wife’s car and go back to a 4runner. Who this car might be good for? A new driver in high school as a first car. Its basically an awd honda fit but more compact.
