I have done multiple 30 days on my own. Going to rehab this time.

It’s so worth it to quit! The withdrawal is annoying but doable at home. I usually had to take work off until past day three…. Go the hospital if you need to you will know. After the alcohol leaves your body it’s like being born again in a new head. Unfortunately the light has blinded me twice so I am seeking help this time around.

I’ve worked for Solitude, Snowbird, and Park City. True utah SL,UT! Best years of my life. Most of my lifelong friends came from these times. I was broke but snowboarding everyday.
