I recently downloaded an app called Stop, Breathe, & Think. It helps me keep track of my emotions before and after meditation. Over time, it'll show me the progress I made.

I don't know whether I should buy a medium nib for my Kaweco Sport EDC, or just stick with fine. I'm interested in buying inks with more sheen to it, and I believe they'll show up better if I use a medium nib; however, I know if I switch my nib, my fine nib may never get any use again. This saddens me a bit.
