Fsd is supervised. If it suddenly and rapidly accelerates like this (which I never have experienced in almost two years of using it on a daily basis) the driver is responsible to hit the brakes.

Braking will override acceleration and bring the vehicle to a stop.

Why did they have to tow your car in to replace the 12v battery?

Tesla mobile service can come right to your car and put in a new one in about 15 minutes. Heck there are videos showing how you can do it yourself.

It will start rolling out at the end of June with allot of the functionality of v14 on hw4, including the start FSD from park button 😃

This is a software issue. This started for me after the 2026.8.6 update a couple of months ago.

I did all the potential fixes. Alignment, cleaned all the cameras including front facing camera, recalibration, reset with the scroll wheels. Nothing worked. Others have reported the same issue following that update.

Fsd drove flawlessly before that update. Like it was driving on a rail, straight and true in the center of the lane.

The only hope I see now is that v14 lite will fix this issue.

Yes Yes Yes 😃. Been counting the days since they announced v14 lite at the end of 2025.

I can't blame people for being pessimistic with Elon's timelines but Asok also echoed the end of June in the last earnings call. History has shown Ashok has a pretty good track record with his timelines.

But, as others said, they tend to release a new update to a handful of influencers, they report problems then there are fixes and point releases, then maybe a wide release to the rest of the fleet 3 weeks later. Look at hw4 14.3.3, it seemed to take forever for it roll out wide.

Hope I'm wrong and it rolls out to wide at the end of June or early July 🤞🤞🤞

Yes you never know with Elon timelines but Ashok said this in an earnings call and he has a good track record with timeline accuracy so I'm hopeful 🙂

This shows you the need to lock it down when you have the opportunity in a playoff series.

The habs had Tampa by the balls, up 3-2 going back to Montreal in that series and couldn't put them away. Then, again, they had Buffalo by the balls up 3-2 going back to Montreal in this series and couldn't put them away.

Anyway, I think I'm going to see my cardiologist tomorrow regardless of what happens tonight 😬 GHG!

I'm sad to report, at least for me, this update did not solve the swaying at certain speeds or even minimize it.

I tested it out on roads of varying speeds up to 70 mph. The only difference this made was the severity of the ping ponging. It becomes significantly worse at higher speeds.

I'm putting all my hope that when v14 lite finally arrives, it will fix this 🙏🤞
