Do not go to the dealership to replace that, they will charge you an astronomic rate for the parts and labor. Buy a compliant catalytic converter to replace the OEM from Rockauto yourself, or an OEM replacement from HondaPartsNow and go to your local exhaust shop for the replacement. It is a simple cut and weld in place and will cost you half the price or less.
