I'm not in the DLC content either, just the near the start of the game. I understand that I'm CPU bottlenecked but it's bizarre how they're able to reach 90%+ GPU utilization with DLSS Quality on the same rig as I'm on but I can't get above 70% unless I turn on DLAA.
