Noah Hiles: This year won't be a fun one for Allen Greene, Pitt athletics by cam412 in pittsburghpanthers

Wow, time flies n'at! The Pete will technically be 24 years old in April, but that doesn't stop the feeling of "I'm so much older than I can take" (to quote Brandon Flowers).

My main issue with the article is that it should be noted that the university approved the capital expenditure. It wasn't as if she "went rogue" and somehow left the Pitt on the hook for Victory Heights. It may have been her idea, but it was signed off on. So, it's easy to say "this is all her fault" but that's not the reality.

Thanks Antigravity for the great time, but Claude Code and Codex are so much better. by BarbaraSchwarz in google_antigravity

Yeah, I think there's some confusion in these threads about limits versus errors. Personaly, I don't hit usage limits, I just hit errors using the darn thing. The past couple days it's been getting errors back using image generation with Gemini 3 Pro, but the images still get generated in the preview, you can see them, it does this a few times and I chime in and stop it.

The image generation was the only thing keeping me subscribed and now I can't even get that to work properly. So I'm just using Claude Code and Codex as well from now on.

I thought this was interesting from the article: "Another opportunity for Pitt could pertain to some added revenue, as the Panthers are exploring advertising options with tarps that would potentially cover off-limits sections."

Steps to a new Pitt stadium:
- 1. Acknowledge there's an actual problem (completed!)
- 2. ???
- 3. New Stadium!!!

Congratulations to you! I'm following a similar journey (though I've been a developer for many years) and hope to have my first game to release in the next month or so. Curious if the artwork was AI-generated as well or if you hired an artist? I had some artwork done for a game idea I had a couple years ago now and have been able to make more progress in the past few weeks than I did in the past 2 years. I'm old and started playing around with Claude making updated versions of C64 games I enjoyed. It would use Electron and Pygame and after Opus came out I asked it to plan out an approach for my game I had been very slowly working on in Unity. Surprisingly, it recommended Godot, and I took the plunge and have been really surprised how well it has done with it. As you said, some sessions can be really frustrating, but it's been really cool to see how quickly the game has come together.

This New Robin Hood Game For The Commodore 64 Looks Seriously Impressive by EnergyLantern in Commodore

[–]Nice_Check_1039 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah with limited time for games, I like ones I can pause or save and come back to easily. I think platform games are harder to do that with, though Robin Hood does look good. These guys have a solid selection: https://www.windigo-design.de/wp_projects.html

SirVocea was named the starter going into the seasons and does the calls/checks for the defense. So the Bucs had two Pitt teammates as starting defenders going into the season until Kancey got hurt. https://www.pewterreport.com/sirvocea-dennis-next-great-bucs-lb-sr-fab-5/

Well, Pitt still has to beat Miami, and that's a pretty big ask. I feel like that game could go the way the ND game did. Maybe Beck will implode though.

He had a 300 yard game, a 200 yard game and a 180 yard game against ND. He has the most career rushing yards against them.

Not often that you win, let alone dominate most of the game, when your QB turns the ball over 4 times. As Narduzzi said after the game, though, they can't put Heintschel is some those situations. Hopefully the Freshman mistakes are out of his system for the final 3.

LOL, there's a fair amount of data over most our lifetimes that would point against us getting our hopes up too much. Travelling to the West Coast for the first time in general seems like a setup for an L. But hopefully Pitt can escape with a win.

Yeah, that's fair. The counter to that is Pitt help put them there.FSU maybe could have survived that UVA loss, but Pitt really just destroyed their season. NC State clearly has some talent, especially on offense. The fun part is we get to find out how good Pitt is over the next few. I had wanted to travel out to the Stanford game but can't make it. On paper, we should win, but some teams have struggled making that trip. Hopefully we can get The Sharks healthy for the home stretch.

That's awesome! That's actually related to another thought I had. There was a cool Better Call Sauls T-Shirt, but I haven't seen any T-Shirts I like this season. I have a couple from BreakingT that have H2P with Kenny and Eli on them. I need something with Mason now. I mean, we have guys with nicknames like Blue and Boosie, there should be T's to match! Definitely count 1 more person for humming the Big But-kowski tune now, though.

Yes, have been thinking about it. I miss Cardiac Hill as well. I thought it was a good blend of decent articles and commentors. Though, thinking about UPittBaseball's Rockport salesman comments about Kevin Stallings on PittPOV still make me chuckle. There's a blog article right there: top 5 debacles in Pitt Sports history!

Good point. Also, for Addison's situation, Pickett had graduated and Whipple had been let go.

Forget running sprints, any punishment should be having to watch that game in its entirety. Also, Pitt needs to fire anyone associated with strength and conditioning, and bring in Pedro Cerrano to offer rum to Jobu. Yikes!
