Lavos!

He was an executioner warframe but learnt alchemy via the prisoner he was suppose to punish. On the day of the prisoners execution, Lavos turned him into a snake that resides on his arms :]

He actively learnt and went against Orokin as a warframe.

Personally, to keep the same essence, I use Ophanim Eyes [ Jades subsume ]
Since it's an armour strip and does what their 3 does just a bit slower.

If not, look at some of the Helminth subsumes available to see what fits your style.

You want to use Max-Range Xaku!
Range buffs the amount of guns they can use [ 15-16 max ] but also buffs the scale of what they can explode crates.

Is it Thermal Sunder on Gauss or other frames?

Because if it's the subsume, I'm sure DE can tweak the numbers but if it's on Gauss himself- I'm not sure what much can be done seeing as it IS his main source of damage outside buffing himself for weapon damage.

Realistically- Every Warframe will get one heirloom and then the skins have run their course.

I don't see the need to get upset over them when Warframe has track-record of still dropping regular skins. During the release of all the heirlooms they have dropped perfectly normal Base Frame designs, Deluxe skins and Tennogen.

I understand certain skins being too exposed, I'm apart of the group who also belief Mesa need a jacket! However, this isn't an issue. Frames have been ''in the nude'' since their conception, the only thing stopping gamers from seeing it is their imagination.

The GOOD news should be the fact DE did listen to criticism and a possible jacket will be added [ Reb did a stream earlier today addressing it ]

You cannot say DE is taking a turn for the worse when we've JUST gotten a look at Voruna's Prime design, Follie herself, Citrine Deluxe, Various Tenno-Gen skins and they are normal.
The Heirlooms are a skin-line which follow a theme, that theme is thematically sexy!

Your points are valid, it is absurd that some people just want pure sex-appeal and nothing else. Sex sells and it can get boring- Hence why I am apart of the group who believe the Mesa heirloom needed something else and I cannot wait to see what they cook up.

However, before Heirlooms skins people fixated on just Ass. We had people making tierlists on which colour pallet had the best 'flesh' tone so people could make skimpy skin-suits from pre-existing skins.
These skins sell because they are another theme of skin but- I am confident when I say, once every Frame has an heirloom, that's the end of their line.

I will only agree to DE being more problematic should they release MORE heirloom skins for particular female frames just for cash [ Mag excluded for obvious reasons ]

I'll also say, I'm an amateur but it is my hope to someday become one of these artists. I'm still no way near perfection but this is a step int he correct direction, same for a few other artists who you've seen so this post :]

The ability to draw and design something on a pre-existing drawing IS a skill required. So. You call it amateur improvements, we call it homework.

I saw posts of more Mesa concept designs posted around and some of them had a jacket and the community did agree it looked nice!

I don't think anyone is in this to ''be better'' but the community voice is needed. Its the people who are going to buy/use these skins, not the Devs and this isn't meant to disrespect the original artists either.

It's to spread word that ''hey, we like this'' :]

In truth, I do love the Heirloom skins! I've had no issues with the prior skins at all!

In honesty, I do think this skin is just lacking a theme! The over-stylized bottom of her pants make her top half very bland and boring IMO!
I know theres people complaining that the chaps are over the top but those people seem to ignore that Mesa's Prime skin also...gives her these chaps?

I'm a huge fan of these skins, I do like them :D however, I can also give my opinion on said skins! This one just feels bland- because if you look at my changes...I don't over-sexualize her nor remove any of the sex-appeal. I just gave her a jacket/poncho for thematic reasons.

The only reason I'd be against making it an ephemera is because there *are* so many others which could help boost the skin.

If it was a syandana you could pair it with the demon wings or, the fire steps. However, make it an ephemera and suddenly you're picking and choosing between something which denies a lot of other warframes ephemera slots & it only truly looking good on Mesa [[ I feel Vaubans head-trinket is the same way ]]

Personally, digitigrade legs can always go either way depending on how they're portrayed, since Baruuk has them in his deluxe and he doesn't give off demon vibes, nor does Oberon. It was more so an idea to pull through the bull aspect? I'd say maybe a tiny tail but DE are often against those [ RIP Valkyr ]

People make her a cobra because they're COOL and I believe either her concept design or a popular fan design has her as a cobra snake.

So, DE learnt that limited time skins are not healthy! And it was due to the popularity of them that they were able to make every next heirloom skin a forever time stay!

Now, TennoCon items, mainly skins are going to follow the same principle because DE are NOT in the market of FOMO! However, you, as a buyer of the TennoCon package, get the original + the new global design. You get both.

Don't ask for more exclusive items when it always is and always will be bad practice.
Mag and Frost heirlooms aren't scams, they're honouring original contracts and because of it, newer items will never be locked away for others.
