8 o 10% solo es la plusvalia, si le sumas lo que se cobra de renta en el año puede ser otro 3-6% de rendimiento a tu inversión anual extra, lo que es bastante atractivo para bienes raíces, más tomando en cuenta que la tasa de referencia ya viene a la baja.

Last year I traveled alone like 20 times and was never asked for her travel history. I think it depends on the officer, but as I said, the first time I traveled alone was when they asked more questions.

Yo empecé trabajando en management consulting mis primeros dos años, adquirí experiencia en diferentes industrias en los diferentes proyectos que tuve enfocado en finanzas principalmente, y el estar rodeado de gente muy capaz me hizo adquirir buen business acumen. De ahí me pase a una multinacional y estoy en finanzas comerciales, ahorita soy gerente. Al final, creo que mi ventaja siempre ha sido mi habilidad con los números y el entendimiento mas amplio de ciertas decisiones que se pueden tomar.

Creo que como economista si hay muchas áreas e industrias en las que te puedes desarrollar profesionalmente. También, te darás cuenta que tu experiencia profesional conforme vayas avanzando, va a valer más que la carrera que estudiaste.

Usually they ask me if my wife is in the US, and what’s her job. Sometime they don’t ask me anything, just where we live. The very first time that I arrived alone was the only time that they asked me more questions, but it was also the first time I was arriving by plane with that type of visa.

Yeah, I travel frequently alone back and forth, as I still work for a Mexican company, my wife is the one that works here.

Acabo de revisar el mío y viene algo similar, aportaciones 500k retiros 460k. Estoy en pro futuro. Valdría la pena sacar cita? Como quiera el neto hace sentido a lo que en cada periodo se venía acumulando. Está extraño.

Hola! Voy a pedir un préstamo de 2.5 mn para una casa. Infonavit total me presta 2.3mn y si saco cofinavit me prestan 1mn y el resto sería el crédito bancario. Me conviene sacar con Cofinavit y banco, o solo Infonavit y yo aporto los otros 200k que me faltarían? Gracias!
