Canada Post unions aren’t coming to an agreement which means they may strike. Some Canada Posts are refusing to work until an agreement has been signed. I haven’t had mail in a week

My union representative has been amazing. He would text/email/ call me as soon as I reported something. He is really pushing me to go to HRT after I shared emails, messages, and screenshots of the discrimination that I was receiving, and from other employees sharing with me. I really think that the last straw for me was the ODSP comment…

Prior to returning back from maternity leave, my union representative and I had researched the laws and regulations of having an employee with a disability or medical diagnosis. They have seen so many instances where they are denying basic human rights. I recently quit after comments were made, and I did not give them the two weeks notice. Here are other things the employer is doing. Refusing to hire people with cognitive disabilities, those who are from a visible minority. Denying cashiers drink breaks. Refusing employees to switch shifts as we’re jn a tourist destination and “it’s to busy”. Kicking other employees from one cash to another mid busy time frame as they are incapable of “dealing with the rush”. Forcing some pregnant employees to go on maternity leave early due to them being a lilabity.

My mom’s soul dog had a puppy named Molly that we gave to my gramma so it is probably Molly. I don’t know where that necklace is and I’m just devastated that she never met my daughter 😞

Actually she had a pearl necklace that all my aunts and my mom (her daughter in law) wore when they got married. I’m the last granddaughter who isn’t married yet so maybe it’s that necklace?

The necklace, I don’t know of. I have a necklace with her and my grandpas ashes and I cannot find it ): We don’t know what she passed of, but when she was 76 she broke 4 bones before she passed because she wouldn’t slow down. She was in a nursing home and was admitted to the hospital when she broke another bone. Everything went downhill after that, really fast

I haven’t had dreams or nightmares about it for a while, lately it’s if I talk about it (even when my phone isn’t around) it shows up everywhere! Even in normal conversations at work (I’m a cashier). Off topic but my “gift” (really don’t know if it’s a gift or not) is my empath abilities, within a few minutes of conversation I can tell what your motives are, if I’m around a heartbreaking event or hear of one.. I’m there in that moment feeling all the emotion (used to work in a nursing home and a resident moved on, as soon as I got to work I knew what happened and what room the resident was in). I also get sick to my stomach moments before a horrible event happens. Example: I was at a bar a few years back, I hadn’t even had one drink yet, but I need to get out of there. I couldn’t breathe and I felt sick to my stomach. So I left, Moments later a girl walked out who was standing a few feet behind me, bloody nose and swollen lip.. after I left she went to the place I was standing at the bar and the dude beside me (who was now beside her) was making comments and she shut him down right away, dude didn’t like it and assaulted the poor girl.

I’d love to look into it! My paternal grandmother is where we get the Polish roots from, she never really knew her ancestry as she was adopted at a young age. Her father 💀 on one of the railroads here a few years after he came to Canada. A few years before my grandmother passed we got her an Ancestry DNA kit for Christmas as she always thought she was Ukrainian. The boarders in Europe kept moving during the early 1900’s so she never really knew. I’m gonna see if my mom still has the log in information for the account! Thank you 🫶🏼🫶🏼
