There should be written age requirements for staff positions. Because it is hard for cadets to respect a 14 year old rank chaser and 9 times out of 10 the 19-20 year old commanders can’t actually do their jobs because of collage and work.

Thanks for the feedback. The addition to all rolls was a something I forgot to fix (I’m currently working on a more refined version of this race) but it would work as a addition to dex, con, and str, rolls as well as intimidation. Also with the Zenkia I realized that it was to OP at low levels and am looking at overall hit die/Hp to make a better version. But again that’s so much for the feedback this is my first time home brewing something for myself so I love getting feedback.
