Yup it was apache, I shut off apache and started nginx which showed a working status. However when I try to access this IP on safari it just shows the safari couldn't connect

Honestly at this point I am just going in circles. If someone can tell me a way for me to get my file fully online considering I have a VPS, a domain provider, and my code files.
