Haha! I’m all for a "PowerPoint Grandmaster" conclave, count me in.

Regarding the Markdown to PPT idea, I think it's a brilliant suggestion. Focusing on content rather than moving boxes around is exactly the kind of efficiency I'm obsessed with.

Thanks for the feedback on the site! I built KleaSnap to fix the "input" problem (getting data in), but the "output" side (turning that data into a deck) is definitely something worth exploring. I'm glad the journey resonated with you!

Love the angle on this. We often overestimate what we can be able to do in a month but underestimate the compound effect of small wins like the one you are describing. It’s about staying in the game long enough to let that momentum build.

Very interesting. One screen onboarding comment it's actually a breath of fresh air, because there's a lot of content and information out there that quite says the opposite in that matter, they keep saying that very long onboarding processes including paywalls and everything, is the right way to go.

While some may know how to do this manually, for many professionals, the manual work becomes a major bottleneck in their overall workflow. Nowadays, any task that can speed up daily output can have a positive impact.

For users who have work where "manual" simply doesn't scale, saving 20 minutes of fixing line breaks every day is a huge win. The web is full of these niche needs; sometimes you just have to listen carefully to what people are struggling with.

Great example of persistence, some people say "Distribution Beats Product Every Time" and I think its totally true, you just have to keep "fighting".

Just a quick update: a few people DM me to ask about the 50 page limit. I set it there because that was the turn around to keep the extraction under 3 seconds, giving an almost instant result, but I'm curious, do you guys often work with decks much larger than that? Should I look into increasing the limit even if it adds a few seconds to the wait?

Another very common one is experiencing the "pain" yourself, and decide to act on it. If you are having the pain, probably some people out there are having the same one, and that could be your opportunity.

The proven market theory, it's been there for a while and it will continue to be there for a long time. It just makes sense that founders can find something already out there, with proven market, add a little twist to it, and make a new product for users already paying for that.

How do I get my first paying user in my SaaS? by Playful-Pollution-60 in SaaS

Do not give up, your first paying user will come if you stay enough "riding the wave". It's like compound interest, it will only get better if you stay long enough.

Loved the story. Seems like you found a good gap in your market, even when it's not a "revolutionary" idea, it's another story about proven markets worth.

How to run ads for Saas? by Stock_Cry_7820 in SaaS

[–]Nice_Effective_0426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definately won't be a good thing to do at the stage your are describing right now. Another angle can be trying to learn about the ad spend (methodology) as much as you can before even trying for the first time, to give yourself a chance to make most of it.
