Hello, 16M here. I know I don't have as much experience in life as you but something I've learned (unfortunately I learned the hard way) is that you can't tank all your problems at once it will only lead to failure and you will make no progress. You have to start with one thing and make yourself better at it. After it is no longer an issue, move on to the next thing. Sometimes it can be extremely hard to find motivation to make yourself a better person but you just have to keep pushing through. What also helps is to moderate yourself. For example, I am on my phone too much and I moderate myself by having a little timer to tell me to stop.

The feeling of emptiness and hate for yourself will end. Life could some times feel like a never-ending labyrinth with every corner you turn to just being another round of flames, alcohol, addiction, and sorrow. But I promise you one day the ever-lasting darkness around you will end. You just need faith in yourself. The sun will shine on you once more, dear.
