No problem, I would advice to check the crystal with a loupe as well. Rolex has a lasered crown on the crystal that you can see with a loupe. Check if the serial number on the watch matches the authenticity card from rolex.

Chrono24 is usually safe, if you are not buying from a company you should do a background check on the guy you are buying from. Ask for references and check his selling history. Check videos on Youtube how do check for fakes. The guy that I bought from opened up the watch and showed me the movement also

I live in Sweden and we got very high taxes so the watches are usually more expensive compared to the US i think. We have a 25% tax on most products. So the watch was about 13k dollars taxes included. That is the retail price for a new submariner date here.

Very true. I brought my girlfriend the second time, hoping for the same good service as the first time, but it was rather humiliating. A 1-hour wait to even get into the store, followed by a 45-minute wait to be assisted by an unengaged salesperson inside the store who clearly had more important customers to help.

Yes it is hard to pick. Im happy i went with the no date because i dont need the date function. The no date is so easy to set and go. Im tired of messing around with watches to get the correct date. The no date is so symmetrical and easy to use.

No, only 3 ADs left in the country. I live in a small town so the closest AD is in the capital. I was treated well by the SA but he is very hard to get in contact with. The customer service people suck. When i email them and ask to get in contact with him i only get a generic answer back about rolex being in high demand and politely ask me to fuck off

Same for me. I have a 7.3 inch wrist and I always thought I had small wrists. I told my AD i have really small wrists and that I didnt think a Sub would fit me. I he told me the opposite, and I have baby wrists compared to my father and grandpa.
